BY THE COURT:
1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking appointment on the post of Driver.
2. For recruitment on the post of Drivers, a complaint was made by the petitioner that the selected candidates had given their weight in the application form less than the standard of 65 kgs. but they were heavier in weight and therefore, their selection was bad in law.
3. Upon this, an interim order was passed by a coordinate bench of this Court on 21.4.2014 directing the Medical Board, Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Jodhpur to re-examine the four candidates including the present petitioner against whom complaint was made by the petitioner and in pursuance of that, Mr. S.S.
