1. The petitioner was working as Computer Operator with Machine in the Drugs Distribution Centre cum Chief Minister's Free Medical Aid scheme. His contractual services were discharged w.e.f. 30.4.2012,which was challenged by him. This controversy has been decided by this court in the case of Ashok Godara vs. State & Ors. - SBCWP No.3503/2014 decided on 22.05.2014, in which this Court has held as under: -
