This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved with the notice dated 8.6.2015 issued by the Gram Panchayat, Bagra, Panchayat Samiti, Jalore in public interest with a direction to the persons, who have encroached over the panchayat land by raising illegal cabins, to remove the same within seven days.
