This criminal misc. bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.168/2015 of Police Station, Kotwali Nimbahera, District Chittorgrh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the house of the petitioner is situated in front of the house of the complainant but in the FIR the petitioner has not been named as accused. It is further submitted that the allegation of firing is on Sonu Teli and there is no role of the petitioner in the commission of crime.
