This bail application has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.112/2013 of Police Station Ghamoorwali, District Sri Ganganagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that initially during the course of investigation the police did not find involvement of the petitioner in commission of crime, and the charge sheet was filed against three persons namely Sucha Singh, Gurjeet Singh and Harpal Kaur, however, later on the petitioner has been made accused by filing a supplementary charge sheet. It is also contended that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case simply on the basis of statement of co-accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also argued that co-accused Gurjeet Singh and Harpal Kaur have already been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2014.
