This bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner. The petitioner is apprehending of his arrest in connection with FIR No.145/2011 ACB Chowki, Rajsamand.
After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not want to press this bail application, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court and move a bail application. He prays that the concerned court may be directed to consider the bail application expeditiously.
