1. The petitioner, Sanwar Lal, who was working with the respondent Ajmer Vidhyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd. (for short, hereinafter referred to as 'Nigam') has filed the present writ petition seeking following relief(s): -
"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed with costs and by issuing an appropriate or direction, writ order or direction: -
(i)the respondents may be directed to make correction in the date of birth of the petitioner in his service book from 7.7.1982 to 1.7.1953. (ii)the impugned orders dated 13.6.2012 and 31.7.2012 (Annexures-2 & 3) may be quashed and set aside.
