This appeal came up before this Court on 7.4.2014 and no one was present on behalf of the appellant, notice of date of hearing was ordered to be issued to the appellant. On the notice issued, it is indicated that the appellant's son was found at the given address, who informed that his father (sole appellant) had died and he accepted notice on behalf of the deceased father. However, neither any appearance has been made on behalf of the appellant nor any application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the appellant has been filed.
In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as having abated.
