1. The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has prayed for following relief/s: -
"It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed and by an appropriate writ, order or directon: - (i)That, the respondent Bank may kindly be directed to grant balance amount of ex-gratia payment accordance with the voluntary retirement scheme issued vide order dated 31.03.1992 Anx.12 by the respondent Registrar, Cooperative Soceity, Rajasthan.
(ii)The petitioner may further be granted the 18% interest per annum upon the delayed payment of ex-gratia amount.
(iii)Any other appropriate writ, order or direction
