1. By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned order (Annex.P/8) dated 11.06.2014, whereby his selection to the post of Head Master has been rejected. The petitioner in the present writ petition has sought following relief/s: - "It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that writ petition may kindly be allowed and by an appropriate writ, direction or order:- a. the impugned rejection letter dated 11.06.2014 (Annexure-P/8) may kindly be quashed and set aside.
