The petitioner, who is working as Lecturer in History in the
respondent No.3 - Gyan Jyoti P.G.College, Srikaranpur District
Sriganganagar, has filed the present writ petition for the following
reliefs:-
"(i) The respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner to work on the post till the regular selected candidates are not being made available after 30.04.2014.
(ii) that the respondents may kindly be directed to absorb the petitioner on the post of Lecturer in History, or in alternate he may be absorbed on the suitable post available in the College with respondents as per the Rules of 1977."
