An application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act of 2005') was filed on 30.1.2014 to the Public Information Officer of the respondent-Commission. After filing the same, this petition for writ was presented on 17.2.2014 to have a direction to the respondents to supply model answer keys & answer sheets of the petitioners relating to the mains examination conducted by the Commission for recruitment to the post of Rajasthan Administrative Service/Rajasthan Tehsildar Service in pursuance to the advertisement dated 06.2.2012. As per the Act of 2005, a decision with regard to the application submitted for having the information is required to be decided within a period of 30 days. The period of 30 days has yet not been complete, as such, this petition for writ is pre-mature. Dismissed accordingly.
