In this contempt petition, the petitioner of a PIL (CWP No. 5945/2005) seeks to submit that there is a deliberate disobedience of the order dated 03.01.2007 as passed in the said PIL Petition by the non-petitioners, particularly by the non- petitioner No. 3, i.e., the President of Mali Sansthan, Jodhpur; and that the non-petitioners Nos. 1 and 2 have not taken adequate steps to ensure compliance.
After having taken into comprehension the subject-matter of PIL Petition No. 5945/2005 and having gone through the order dated 03.01.2007, we find that the matter involves such disputed questions of fact which had neither been determined conclusively by the Court in the order dated 03.01.2007 nor could be determined in this contempt matter.
