Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the circumstantial evidence taken into consideration by the learned Sessions Judge in this case does not provide for a definite chain so as to indicate only towards the guilt of the applicant in this blind killing case.
