This application is preferred to review the judgment dated 5.10.2012 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal No.820/2012 affirming the judgment dated 25.2.2012 passed by learned Single Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5151/2012. It is submitted by learned counsel for the review-petitioner that under the judgment impugned dated 5.10.2012 the Court "omitted to consider factual aspect of the case" and, thus, erred in dismissing the appeal. In the entire review petition it is not stated that what fact was addressed before the Court that has not been considered. As a matter of fact, two arguments were addressed by learned counsel in appeal and those were adequately considered and decided, as such, no reason is available to entertain this review petition, which is barred by limitation from 184 days.
