In pursuance of order passed by this Court today, the parties have appeared before the Dy. Registrar (Judicial), who has verified the compromise dated 11.11.2013 entered between the parties in the presence of learned counsel representing the appellants as well as the respondent. For the reasons indicated in the application (I.A.No.5985/2013) supported by affidavit, the application for taking the compromise dated 11.11.2013 on record is allowed. The compromise as verified by the Dy. Registrar (Judicial) is taken on record and in pursuance of the agreement/compromise entered into between the parties, the appeal filed by the appellants stands allowed and the suit filed by the plaintiff Dhana Ram stands dismissed.
