1. Mr. Alkesh Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents No.6 and 7 submits that he has been supplied the copy of application filed by the appellants yesterday, seeking withdrawal of present first appeal.
2. The said application (Inward No.10644/2015 dated 28.09.2015) has been supported by the appellant No.2 Wali Mohammed S/o late Sh. Bhikha. Along with said application, the appellants have also submitted a compromise deed dated 05.03.2015 arrived at between the four parties viz. Wali Mohammed S/o Bhekhe Khan and Shafi Mohammed S/o Bhikhe Khan (First S.B. Civil First Appeal No.79/1983 Shafi Mohammed & Ors. Vs. Mangtu & Ors.
