Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vikas Choudhary who appears on caveat on behalf of the respondents.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as the petitioner is above 35 years of age, his application for grant of appointment under the Rajasthan Vidhyalaya Sahayak Subordinate Service Rules, 2015 ('the Rules') has not been considered and their online application form has not been accepted.
Reference has been made to Rule 41 of the Rules providing for power of relaxation with the respondents.
A further reference has been made to order dated 03.09.2015 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9738/2015 Anil Kumar Ojha vs. State of Raj. & Ors., wherein this Court has directed as under:-
