1. The present review petition has been filed for review of the order dated 29.07.2015 passed by this Court in S.B.Civil Misc. Appeal No.602/2012 - Akharam Vs. Kewalram & Ors., whereby the appeal filed by the non- applicant/appellant Akharam was allowed.
2. Learned counsel for the review petitioner-plaintiff submits that the facts narrated by the defendant-appellant in the appeal before this Court, while the order dated 29.07.2015 was passed, were incorrect, and therefore, the said order deserves to be recalled. He also submits that the sale deed in favour of the plaintiff-Kewalram was not made on 29.04.1992 but in the S.B. CIVIL REVIEW PETITION NO.29/2015 Akha Ram Vs. Kewalram & Ors.
