The petitioners, who are ex-servicemen have filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to accept their on- line form for appointment of their post of Vidhyalay Sahayak under the Rajasthan Vidhyalay Sahayak Subordinate Rules, 2015.
Mr. Ladrecha, learned AAG who appears on caveat on behalf of the respondents. Copy whereof has already been supplied to him.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that similar writ petitions being SBCWP No.10066/2015 Megh Singh Rathore & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. has been disposed by this Court vide order dated 7.9.2015 with the following directions:-
