1. This Civil Misc.Appeal under section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 has been filed against the order dated 26.10.2013 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Merta, arising out of a Matrimonial Case No.85/2013 between Smt.Pooja and Ronak filed under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for mutual divorce, which was dismissed on the ground of withdrawal of the consent for mutual divorce by the respondent-wife.
2. By an order dated 18th December, 2014, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, on depositing Rs.10,000/- at the Mediation Centre.
