Bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.542/2014 of Police Station, Kotwali, District Bhilwara for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC and the charge-sheet has also been filed against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 212, 368, 370 and 120-B IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he does not want to press the bail application of the petitioner No.1 - Sevak Singh @ Guru Sevak @ Bindra @ Indra Rahvaliya S/o Mukhtiyar Singh at this stage. However, in respect of petitioner No.2-Rani Kaur D/o Darshan Singh, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that she is lady and behind the bars from about six months. It is also contended that all the offences punishable for which the charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner No.2 are triable by Magistrate.
