This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.52/2015 of Police Station Lohawat, District Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 365 I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dated 10.6.2015 and 5.6.2015 and the case of the petitioner is not distinguishable from them.
