<><><> Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as many as 11 accused have been charge-sheeted after investigation but presently investigation is still pending qua present accused. He submits that accused has not joined the investigation and thus, there is no reason to grant him anticipatory bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the petitioner shall appear and join investigation on or before 29.06.2015. The Investigating Officer shall conduct thorough investigation from the petitioner and thereafter forward his factual report to this court along with the case diary on 10.07.2015. Till then the petitioner Dilip Singh shall not be arrested in connection with FIR No.43/2014, P.S. Sheo, District Barmer.
