<><><> By way of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court against the rejection of his candidature for appointment as a Constable (Cook) in the respondent BSF. The petitioner applied in the OBC category. His candidature was rejected on the ground that he was having low vision. The petitioner claims to have filed an appeal against the rejection of his candidature but the same was dismissed by order (Annex.7) on the ground that the appeal was time barred.
