In the facts and circumstances, execution of the impugned award dated 06.12.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bali in Claim Case No.91/2010 shall remain stayed subject to the condition that appellant- Insurer shall deposit 50% of the amount of compensation quantified by the learned Tribunal with interest inclusive of the amount already deposited/paid within a period of four weeks from today. The amount aforesaid may be disbursed to the respondents-claimants by the learned Tribunal in accordance with law.
