2. By way of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has approached this Court assailing the legality and validity of the order Annex.5 dated 4.7.2009 whereby the petitioner's contractual appointment was terminated on the ground of his not possessing the requisite qualification for being appointed as a Resource Teacher.
3. The respondents have placed on record a circular Annex.R/3 dated 19.9.2011 issued by the Additional Commissioner, Rajasthan Primary Education whereby the requisite qualifications for Resource Teachers have been altered.
