The petitioner is present-in-person with his wife and mother. Respondent No. 8 is also present-in-person. The Investigating Officer Mr. Shravan Kumar, ASI is also present-in-person. The daughter of the petitioner has appeared before us alongwith the respondent No. 8, who is said to be carrying alias Narendra alias Satveer.

We have conferred with the daughter of the petitioner in camera where she asserted having gone with the respondent No. 8 of her own accord and that she is residing with him at her sweet will. She, in the first place, declined even to talk to her parents but on being persuaded, agreed to do so. We have permitted the petitioner (father of the girl) as also the petitioner's
