           Connect        and    list   with       S.B.Civil   Writ     Petitions

      No.1609/2015 and 1952/2015.

           In the meantime, the respondents are directed to

      allow the petitioner to participate in the ongoing selection

      process.    However,       the    right     of   the   petitioner   to   be

      appointed shall be subject to the outcome of the instant writ

      petition and no equities shall operate in his favour by the

      instant interim order.
