returnable within a period of four weeks.
Notices, when issued, be given 'dasti' to learned counsel
for the petitioner, if desired.
In the meanwhile and until further orders, if by 25.4.2015,
the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs. 2,25,000/- alongwith
interest @ 6% from the date of filing the suit till the date of
payment, the execution of judgment and decree dated
18.1.2010 (Annex.2) shall remain stayed.
