Learned counsel for the petitioner
has submitted that after passing of the
order by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court
on 08.11.2012 in this petition, the
investigation into the allegations levelled
in the FIR Nos.219/2012 and 199/2012 of
Police Station, Phalodi has already been
concluded by the police and, therefore, this
criminal misc. petition has become
infructuous.
In view of the statement of the
learned counsel for the petitioner, this
criminal misc. petition is dismissed as
having become infructuous.
Stay petition also stands
dismissed.
