           This criminal misc. petition under Section

482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners

with the prayer for quashing FIR No.175/2014 of

Police Station, Falna, District Pali for the

offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406

and 323 I.P.C.

           Learned   counsel    for     the   parties   have

submitted that the petitioners and respondent

No.2 have entered into compromise and the same

has        been   submitted    before   the   Investigating

Officer.

           Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the

factual report, wherein the factum of compromise

has been verified by the S.H.O., Police Station,

Falna, Pali.

           Learned Public Prosecutor prays for some

time to procure a factual report on the basis of

compromise arrived at between the parties.              Time

prayed for is allowed.

           Put up on 10.02.2015 as prayed.
