This criminal misc. petition under section 482 CrPc has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the FIR No.445/2014 dated 06.12.2014 pertaining to Police Station, Rajgarh, District Churu for the offence punishable under section 363 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that the petitioners are major and have solemnized marriage as per their own will. It is further contended that the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR are S.B.CR. MISC. PETITION NO.173/2015 Dala Ram & Anr.
