       Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application as well. Both

the notices are made returnable within a period of four weeks.

When issued, the same be given 'dasti' to counsel for the

petitioner for service on respondents.

       In the meanwhile and until orders, further proceedings in

Rent Case No.245/2013 pending before the Rent Tribunal,

Jodhpur shall remain stayed.
