           Learned       Public        Prosecutor     has     submitted

factual report dated 8.1.2015, wherein it is

mentioned          that        after     investigation       into    the

allegations             levelled       in    the    FIR     No.539/2014

pertaining to Police Station Udaimandir, Jodhpur

Metropolitan, the police has proposed to file

negative final report for the reason that for

the        similar      allegations,         a     charge    sheet   has

already been filed against the petitioner in FIR

No.89/2014 of Police Station Women, Nagaur.

           In    view     of     the     above     noted    facts,   no

further order is required to be passed in this

criminal          misc.         petition.            The     same    is,

therefore, dismissed.                  The stay petition is also

dismissed.           The factual report dated 8.1.2015 be

taken on record.
