JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI Mr. Abhishek Charan, for the petitioner. Mr. Deepak Choudhary, Public Prosecutor. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner- applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor. I have considered the rival arguments advanced by the parties and perused the judgments of the courts below. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the short sentence awarded by the learned trial court, I consider it just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to the accused petitioner- applicant. Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence filed under Section 397(1) Cr.P.C. is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Rawatbhatta in Cr. Regular Case No.290/2001 vide order dated 19.10.2013 as affirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Chittorgarh Camp Begun vide order dated 11.12.2014 in Cr. Appeal No.52/2013 against the petitioner-applicant Madan Lal S/o 2 Lal Ji Bhaat, shall remain suspended till final disposal of the aforesaid revision and he shall be released on bail, provided he executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance in this court on 13.01.2015 and whenever ordered to do so, till the disposal of the revision on the con
