       The matter comes up on an application filed

by    Shri     Vineet     Jain,       Advocate       appearing       on

behalf of the petitioner No.2 Hariom S/o Jasraj

wherein it is mentioned that the petitioner No.2

was    not   aware      about       the     issuance      of    arrest

warrant against him.                  It is submitted by the

learned      counsel      for       the    petitioner      that      the

petitioner No.2 will remain present before this

court on the date given and prayed that order of

issuance       of       arrest        warrant        against        the

petitioner No.2 may be recalled.

       After       hearing      Mr.       Vineet   Jain,       learned

counsel      for    the   petitioners          and    taking        into

consideration         the       averments          made        in   the

application, the order of issuance of arrest

warrant against the petitioner No.2 Hariom S/o

Jasraj is hereby recalled.                   Mr. Vineet Jain is

directed to instruct the petitioner No.2 Hariom

to    remain        present         before     this       Court      on

02.02.2015.

letter dated 26.11.2014 written by the S.H.O.,

Police Station, Kotwali, Chittorgarh wherein it

is     mentioned        that        at    present     present    the

petitioner         No.1    Satya         Narayan    S/o   Sada   Sukh
