It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that
the order dated 14.08.2014 (Annexure-2) passed by the
Authorities is apparently contrary to the guidelines now
published on 19.9.2014.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in three
weeks.
In the meanwhile and until further orders, the order
(Annex.-2) qua Government Upper Primary School,
Meghwalwas, District Sirohi regarding merger with other school
shall remain stayed.
