Mr. Vikram Rajpurohit, Public Prosecutor. Learned counsel for the petitioners, without arguing on merits, has submitted that he does not want to press this Criminal Misc. Bail Application preferred on behalf of petitioner No.1 Sandeep. Accordingly, the Criminal Misc. Bail Application preferred by the petitioner No.1 Sandeep under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record. An FIR No.187/2014 has been registered at Police Station Goluwala against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 325 and 143 I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the petitioners No.2 Mahender, No.3 Prithvi Raj and No.4 Vinod. It is also submitted that the complainant has received four injuries out of which one is grievous and same has been attributed to 2 Sandeep and Harish. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to grant bail to the accused petitioners No.2, 3 and 4 under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
