           Learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners     has

submitted        that   prosecutrix    has       already   been

recovered and her statements have been recorded,

therefore, he does not want to press this bail

application at this stage.             However, he seeks

liberty to file a fresh bail application after

getting copy of statements of prosecutrix.

           The   bail    application       is,      therefore,

dismissed as not pressed at this stage with

liberty as prayed for.
