This writ petition is directed against the order dated
26.6.2014, whereby the prayer of the petitioners seeking ad
interim relief has been declined by the trial court.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that
so far reply etc. has not been filed by the respondent as the ad
interim order stands declined and the matter is getting
adjourned.
Looking to the facts of the case, wherein the order
impugned is only an ad interim order, this Court is not inclined to
interfere in the order passed. However, in the facts and
circumstances of the case, the trial court is directed to expedite
the decision on application filed by the petitioners under Order
XXXIX, Rule 1 & 2 CPC and decided the same as far as possible
within a period of eight weeks from today.
