1. The petitioner being graduate and having the qualification of B. Ed. applied for the post of Teacher Grade II (Mathematics) in pursuance of the Advertisement dated 02.08.2013 (Annex.2). The petitioner belongs to TSP area being the resident of District Banswara. It has further been averred by the petitioner although he belongs to TSP area, however, in the on-line application there was no criteria laid down in the format of the application form regarding the category of TSP. In the aforesaid competitive examination, the petitioner secured 143.84 marks, whereas the cut off marks for the post of Teacher Grade- II (Mathematics) General category was 185.33 and for the TSP S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO. 7012/2014.
